We monitor your website around the clock. Every version of your site is kept, so if a change ever causes a problem we can roll back to the previous version in one click. Security and software updates are applied by us, tested, and shipped without you having to lift a finger.

Website Care: common questions
What counts as a small content change?
Anything that takes about half an hour: updating text, swapping photos, changing opening hours, adding a team member or updating a price. Several edits sent together for the same page count as one change.
What if I need more changes than my plan includes?
Extra changes are charged individually, at a lower rate for Care plan members. Bigger work such as new sections or features is quoted before we start.
Is the first year free?
Yes. Every Aureus website includes its first year of Basic Hosting. You can upgrade to Business or Premium Care at any time by paying the difference.
Can we host the website ourselves?
Yes. The website is yours. If your IT team prefers to host it, we can hand it over and still look after content changes through a Care plan.
